The Central Park Hack

THE SETTING

There is no place quite like Central Park. Spanning 843 acres in the heart of Manhattan, it is one of the world's most famous urban parks and home to over six miles of designated bridle paths. Designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux in the mid-1800s, the park was intentionally created with horseback riding in mind, making equestrian travel an integral part of its original design.

Your ride follows sections of the historic dirt Bridle Path, winding beneath towering elm trees, around the iconic Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, and through peaceful landscapes that feel remarkably removed from the surrounding city.
