Refund policy

Purchases are final once made. We do not offer refunds on purchases unless the ride is cancelled by us or one of our partners. In the event we make an exception for refunds there will be a 5% processing fee.

 

All rides are non refundable and non transferable. We rely on partners to supply us horses for all of our rides and we must provide our partners a list of riders ahead of our rides. For this reason we cannot supply any credits for cancelations within a 72 hour window. If we do supply a credit, it can only be used towards the same ride it was originally purchased for and will only be valid for 1 month. 

 

In the event you make a cancellation for a single standard ride, not including multi-day or retreats, in greater than 72 hours we will consider a credit. Credits are only applicable for the same ride type you booked for and only valid for 1 month from the original ride date. Credits and refunds are not possible on retreats or multi-day events unless we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist. Credits and refunds are also not available for rides that have been sold out unless we are able to fill your space. 

Credits are not available for riders who no show or show up late to rides.
