Penwick Arena XC Training
SATURDAY May 15TH AT 1PM
Experienced Level 3
Learn the basic cross country fences mixed with show jumping in the style of European arena eventing in the large spacious outdoor ring. Show jumps and cross country jumps are combined to make a mixed course in the ring.
Arena Eventing is the perfect pre-season practice, providing both show jumping and training over some elements of cross country, all on an arena surface. Perfect for knocking the dust off or taking some of your first cross country jumps in a more controlled setting and on well schooled horses. Learning how to cross country jump in the comfort of the arena is a great way to start!
We will be heading out to the full cross country field in a couple weeks so this will be a good warmup for any riders wanting to participate in summer cross country riding.
What to expect:
-90 minutes riding instruction
-Confident jumper wanting to advance in XC
-Ability to groom and tack
